How long does verification take?
We aim to verify profiles within 30 minutes of verification being completed, you will be contacted by our verification team should your profile not pass verification.

How will I know if the profiles I’m viewing are completely verified?
Each profile that has successfully been verified will have a verified tag on their account.

How long will it take for me to receive confirmation that my date is secured?
Feedback will be communicated within 6 business hours and you will be contacted by our concierge team.

Can I join group chats to meet others?

Do I pay the full price when I join a chat room and there are 2 minutes left?
Yes, you would pay the full price for joining the room. That is why we also have the free hour available to make up for the time you missed.

Can I cancel dates at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time; however, we require a 48-hour notice period for cancellations. This allows us enough time to inform the venue. As we have established trust with our partner venues, failing to show up without notice may affect your ability to book future dates through our app.

How would I know if the curated date option I selected is secured?
Our support team will provide you with a confirmation code to confirm that the selected date had been confirmed with the venue.

Is my personal information shared with the venue?
Never. We are fully POPIA-compliant and prioritise your anonymity. We use an anonymous confirmation code system for venue check-ins, so your personal details stay private while your date night stays secure.
