These options are provided to prevent unrealistic expectations about the night extending beyond what was agreed. Parties should feel safe and comfortable leaving once the scheduled date concludes.

How do arrival confirmation codes work?
These codes are there as a safety feature so that we know that you are on a date with the person you met online.

What if my date does not pitch?
That is why we have the various payment options available. If the bill is split chances are that they will show up for the date and if they do not show up. That means you get to enjoy your meal as well as theirs due to it being pre-booked and paid for.

Can I join group chats to meet others?

Do I pay the full price when I join a chat room and there are 2 minutes left?
Yes you would pay the full price for joining the room late. That is why we also have the free hour available to make up for the time you missed.

Can I cancel dates at any time and be refunded?
Yes you can cancel at any time however we require a 48 hour notice period for cancellations. This will give us sufficient time to communicate with the relevant organisation and refund your credits.
